Previous experience includes working with Washington, D.C.-based company Number 1 Sons to tell stories about the farmers and producers that they added to their new home delivery service (created to get local goods to customers during COVID-19).

My work included interviewing farmers, writing blog posts to help customers more deeply understand where their food is coming from, producing Instagram stories, and developing recipes + giving cooking tips and tricks to put all their products to good use. It’s exactly the type of work I want to be doing from a food writing and journalism stand-point, tailored to a company whose products and values I believe in.
